As a result of over two decades of exploration and devotion to my own personal and professional growth, I have discovered a holistic approach to healing that addresses the mind, the body, the spirit, and the environment that is of central importance in the healing process. My goal is not to simply alleviate symptoms, but to transform old limiting patterns, to ease suffering at its source, and to discover your true internal resources.
Together we create a process and environment that ignites inspiration and develops the skills you need to meet challenges with a sense of mastery so that you may manifest the life you truly want and become more comfortable within yourself.
My training and certifications are varied. I, therefore, offer you a combination of services that touch upon the many factors that can affect your experience and your ability to learn and change. Although my services are listed separately, I often blend these methods to create an experience of healing tailored to your specific needs.
As a psychotherapist, I address the importance of how we respond to our internal states and experience; how we manage mental, emotional, and social challenges; and how we communicate and relate to the world.
I bring to the psychological arena my experience as a Chi Gung, Tai Chi, and Feldenkrais teacher - a deep knowledge of how we embody our experience and how our physiology can be retrained to relax and respond to external pressures in more comfortable and effective ways.
I offer my services as a Shaman and Spiritual coach for those wishing to delve into the existential and transpersonal aspects of your experience – holding the higher vision of your Soul's full potential, assisting you in finding your Path in this life, and moving you beyond your habitual programming to discover your authentic Self and your long suppressed gifts and talents.
